We refurbish the wheels
Each wheel is stripped, repaired where needed, powder coated and lacquered. The work is carried out at our Kirkcaldy workshop and we handle transport between the branches.

We’ll let you know when everything is ready. We’ll also check the wheel bolts again free of charge after 50 miles.

Dundee became our second branch, after Kirkcaldy, in 2020. Customers come to it from across Dundee, including Lochee, the West End, Broughty Ferry and Monifieth. We also see people from Perth, Blairgowrie, Forfar, Carnoustie and Arbroath, as well as St Andrews, Cupar and Newport across the bridge.
Unit 6 Dunsinane Avenue is on the Dunsinane Industrial Estate, just off the Kingsway. On the Kingsway (A90), leave at the Coupar Angus Road junction, signed for Lochee, and Dunsinane Avenue is the turn into the estate beside Barnetts Toyota. There is parking on site. From Fife, come over the Tay Road Bridge onto the Kingsway. From Arbroath and Carnoustie, follow the A92 to the Kingsway. From Perth, stay on the A90 into Dundee.

What does it cost?
Refurbishment is from £66 a wheel including VAT for wheels brought in off the car, or from £72 with the tyre taken off and refitted. Diamond cut is from £96. Larger wheels and repairs are priced on top, and the quote form gives you the exact figure.
How long will you have my wheels?
Typically 48 to 72 hours. We’ll give you a date when you book and tell you straight away if anything on the wheels changes it.
Can I leave the car with you?
Yes. Leave the car with us at Dundee and we’ll take the wheels off, do the work and refit them. Most of our Dundee customers do it this way.
What damage can you repair?
We deal with kerb marks, cracks, buckles, corrosion and flaking lacquer. If the damage means a wheel can’t be repaired safely, we’ll tell you before doing any work.
Can I change the colour?
Yes. There are ten core colours in gloss or satin, and changing the colour of a set costs the same as keeping the original finish. Ask us if you have something else in mind.
Can my diamond cut wheels be recut?
Usually, although a wheel can only be cut a limited number of times. Send us a photo of the face and we’ll check it first.
Is there a guarantee?
Yes. Every wheel we refurbish comes with a 12-month guarantee on the finish.
Is the work done at the Dundee branch?
You’ll book, leave and collect your wheels in Dundee. The refurbishment itself is carried out at our Kirkcaldy workshop and we handle everything between the two branches.
